Chantal O’Sullivan is a yoga teacher, writer and happiness-expert who believes every day is better once you've taken time to unroll your mat.

Her teaching style infuses her passion for life, travel, yoga's beautiful traditions and her love of adventure with smart alignment, humour and all-levels sequencing, informed by more than 15 years practice. Founder of Shanti Yoga in B.C., she also leads yoga retreats around the globe.
