Anuschka Brhelle


Anuschka has been teaching yoga since 2011. In her professional life, she is a chiropractor, and merges that with family life and her love for yoga - not always smoothly, but always with the best of intentions! She practices various styles of yoga: slow flow, Hatha, Yin and Bikram yoga, and combines elements of all in her teaching. She has taken inspiration from teachers such as Noah Maze, Christina Sell, Darren Rhodes and her teacher trainers, Dan Clement, Lauren Roegele and Carol Wray. She is very focused on alignment (partly influenced by her profession), and practicing safely while staying playful and increasing strength and flexibility. To her, yoga is a moving meditation, and she canít imagine her life without it.
