Lauren has a deep connection to the healing benefits of her Yoga practice. Many surgeries and complications resulting from being hit by a car led Lauren to seek out a practice to help her find her way through pain and back to her true self, a cheerful, grounded woman.
Since then she has dedicated 10 years to learning and exploring this crazy thing called "Yoga". She has studied with teachers from all walks of life which has translated in her teachings as a thoughtful approach to stretching & releasing tension both in body & heart.
