I was born to move & groove and I seek to share the light, explore freedom and create in loving and healing ways. After completing studies in Swedish, Thai and Shiatsu massage, I deepened my knowledge about the body at Concordia’s BFA Dance program, where I also studied the art of movement.

Yoga came as a natural progression to compliment my life. At first, it was purely about the physical aspect of asana. After years of practice, the Science of Yoga has demonstrated to me that its system affects us on deeper levels and connects us to everything, whether consciously or not… WE are ONE. I feel so blessed to have been teaching fitness for over a decade and I am delighted to now share the Art of Yoga and its profound teachings with my students.

I am deeply grateful for my lovely teachers Ted Grant, Jess Robertson, Dina T, Hart Lazar, Ryan Leier, and all the other wonderful teachers that have guided me through workshops, teachings and classes; they inspire me to remember. I encourage my students to fine-tune their intimate connection to their body, with freedom of movement and breath, fluidity, and alignment. Every moment is an opportunity for us to tune into our true nature through dedication and intent. We all move towards the light that shines so bright in each of us, one breath at a time. OM.
